Can someone help provide a list of 'dailies' in Black and White?

So, I want to know a list of things available for you to do everyday, like dailies.
e.g. So far, I've got:
• The Riches battles - Undella Town
• Trainer battles - Black City
• Castelia Ice Cream (Tuesdays) - Castelia City
• Sports Dome trainers - Nimbasa City
• "Pep Quiz" - I forget city

I know that I passed by way more stuff, but I can't seem to remember them. Feel free to help add to this list! Thanks! ~
