Location: Cold Storage. Given to you by Plasma Sage Vio in the very back container, where you fought against Team Plasma during your first visit.

Location: Relic Castle. Given to you by Plasma Sage Ryokushi in the catacombs right before Volcarona.

Location: Route 14. Given to you by Plasma Sage Jaro atop one of the waterfalls on the route. Requires Surf and
