Does the move Spore make a pokemon uber?

I heard somewhere that spore makes a pokemon uber because its an amazing move, is it?

well not really, breloom is overused but isnt uber.

I heard Spore was Uber because it has 100% Accuracy. Sleep every time you use it, unless they make you flinch, sleep, faint, or get Parahax.

No, because its just a simple move, and few pokemon have it

what really makes a pokemon uber is its typing, movepool and stats.
