Is Sawk a sweeper or something else?

My sawk is a good one-almost always attacking first and OHKOing almost anything. But does that apply to all the other?

As J98 said, Sawk is a physical sweeper, thanks to a fitting ability that will let him put at least one hit before he goes down(Sturdy).
