Question

According to serrebi each has four but even though i give them plenty of opportunities they only use 1. Is there a reason? Is my game screwy? Is serrebi screwy?

Well, Believe it or not the computer actually has some decent sense, but not alot.

Anyways, the champion will normally only use full restores if their health gets reasonably low, like into the low orange or red, so if you get them maybe a little under half, and then finish them, their pokemon are most likely not going to receive a full restore.

And, Serebii isn't perfect like most sites, and does have some false info, although I went through the gen 3 and 5 elite fours, until I got to the champion, and each of them used 3 full restores in my battle.

maybe just luck or bad luck
