Yes, you can, just do the same steps as you did to turn him into heat rotom, the appliances are on route 9.

Yes, the appliances are in the department store (shopping mall 9- to the left of the last city before victory road) in the room on the far right ground floor. Also I found out recently that Rotom is not actually counted as a legendary and you can get eggs from it if you breed with a Ditto. This means if you really wanted to, you could have all forms seperate.
