As of now, no, because Smeargle isn't in Scarlet and Violet :/

Sketch cannot be selected in a battle.

Smeargle isn't in the game, and Sketch isn't either. However other move-calling moves like Mimic and Copycat fail when the opponents last move was a Torque move
