Megahorn: High power, makes use of Heracross's high Attack stat, STAB, used to deal with Psychic types.

Horn Attack: Decent power, high accuracy.

Brick Break: Decent power, high accuracy, STAB, makes use of Heracross's high attack stat, breaks through Reflect and Light Screen.

Rock Slide: Decent power, decent accuracy, good chance to cause flinching, used to deal with Flying and Fire types.

Megahorn- STAB, pick off psychic types.

Rock Slide/stone edge- Deal with Flying and fire weakness.

Close Combat-High Power, STAB, Accuracy, combined with swords dance, can be deadly, plus a physical flying attack will OHKO him anyway so the lowered defense isn't too much of an issue, as for his special, you can always switch out.

Swords Dance-self explanatory.

Item: Leftovers.

-Megahorn:
STAB. Great move with Atk stat. Deals with Psychics.

-Stone Edge/Rock Slide:
We all have this choice. Both great coverage moves, both deal with Fire and Flying weakness.

-Close Combat/Brick Break:
Close Combat is powerful but risky at the same time. Brick Break goes through Reflect and Light Screen. Your choice.

-Earthquake:
Unexpected move with Heracross. STAB.

*You can replace Megahorn with Night Slash, because of the accuraccy. Also, you can replace Brick Break with Rain dance to weaken those pesky Fire moves.

The point Poke/ is making is that the nature you gave it lowers a useful stat and raises the one stat you don't make any use of whatsoever.
