Explorers of Time wifi help

Question

Okay i started playing it again after i got my dsi so you can configure it right on it. But then for games where you have to set up wifi in the game do i have to copy the Internet settings from my dsi to my game card or something?

Many older Nintendo games are not able to be played with most modem security settings. I forgot which ones work with it but Explorers of Time is considered one of the older ones. If you would tell me what kind of security your modem has I might be able to help you more.
