Let's say you have a lot of pokeballs and you're trying to capture hmm... a groudon and you have three timer balls you waste over 56 pokeballs and then you threw a timer ball but it fails, will the other timer balls keep the catch rate of the turns or you have to wait more?

The catch rate maxes out after 30 turns at 4. So no, because the catch rate does not change if you use balls consecutively it remains the same no matter how many you through.

that wasn't the question the question was if all the balls will keep the  same catch rate  after throwing one or will you have to wait more.....
