What is it and how many steps does it take to hatch? I just got it and am very curious and do not have much time it is 5:55 am where i live and soon have to go to school.
It is a Happiny egg, which takes 10,455 steps to hatch. You can just cycle back and forth, that's the quickest way to hatch it. (And if you have a Pokemon with Flame Body, that cuts the steps in half.)
