Toxic is worthless on Beautifly. With low defense, toxic wont have a chance at defeating the opponet. I always found that for Beautifly, Giga Drain(damage and healing), Bug Buzz(strong STAB), Shadow Ball(covers some types), and Psychic(almost as good as earthquake) worked excellently.

• Psychic
• Giga Drain/Hidden Power Fighting

Quiver Dance is setup to manage it to do some damage.
Bug Buzz is good STAB.
Psychic hits Fighting types and Poisons.
Giga Drain hits Waters and Rocks and is some healing, but Hidden Power Fighting can be used to hit Steel- and Rock-types.
Modest nature and Life Orb is for maximum damage output.

Bug Buzz: Awesome STAB and amazing power, will do nicely.

Giga Drain: Absolutely necessary on Beautifly. Type coverage against the terrible Rock.

Aerial Ace: Doesn't miss, so-so power and STAB.

Shadow Ball: Type coverage, plus it works nicely with Beautifly.
