Question

Let's say I get the Event Victini with Searing Shot, Fusion Flare, Fusion Bolt, and V-Create, Level 50, and I have NO badges. Will it listen to me? Since it is technically a traded Pokemon (Since it has a different ID and OT).

i thought mine did at first, but i used it a few more times, and it doesn't obey.

Also note that Pokemon listen to you depending on which badge you have (some badges allow you to control Pokemon up to Lv. 30, Lv. 50. Lv. 70, all.)

Since you have no badges, you will not be able to control Victini at all.

I got the new event Victini when it first came out (the Dec. 3-Dec. 31) and no.
It did the exact opposite of 'obeying.'
Anyway, just check by looking at the O.T., if it has your avatars name, then yep, it'll obey.
