Mine is EV trained in Attack. It has the ability Own Tempo. It knows:

Thrash: Good power, high accuracy, Spinda is not confused, STAB.

Teeter Dance: Confuses the foe. Spinda is not confused.

Zen Headbutt: Good power, decent accuracy, decent chance to cause flinching, used to deal with Fighting types.

Faint Attack: Decent power, doesn't miss.

I would change faint attack, since it is not a very stronng move. You should teach it a move like toxic or protect.

Maybe psychic instead of faint attack, higher power, all stats are even anyway. If you don't want 2 psychics, there's shadow ball.

Superpower boosts Atk and Def thanks to contrary, and gives good coverage.
Sucker Punch is priority and hits Ghosts.
Fake Out can be used to scout and is STAB priority,Wish can be used for healing, but its low HP means it won't pass much to teammates.
