I cannot find the Hoenn region starters and the Regis in the GTS trade center list. Can't trade those pokemon?

Have you encountered these Pokemon in-game yet? If not,you won't be able to find them in the list.You need to have seen them and have them in your Pokedex first.

You would have to trade or migrate because you defiantly can't find the Regis anywhere in unova

Oh In that case you need the regigigas event thingy I think then there are 3 caves scattered around sinnoh you can go in them but nothing's there apart from items without event regigigas
