What can I use instead of ice punch for my Azumarill?

My brother did the Poke Transfer to get an Azumarill then he traded it to me. I told him why doesn't it have ice punch and he said that he forgot. Now I'm stuck with an Azumarill without ice punch. =(

Unfortunately there is no Move quite like it that would be a good replacement, though you could go Return, Aqua-jet, Brick-break, Bulldoze. There is no way to teach him Ice-punch in Gen V. Does your Azumarill have Aqua-jet and Huge-power? If it does not then it was a waste anyway. You could get a new one and give it this set: Ability: Huge-power, Nature: Adamant, Moves: Aqua-jet, Ice-punch, Return, Brick-break.
