I still havent entered my game sync id in pokemon global link.So aftering entering the id can i tuck in a pokemon and catch pokemon and send to the entralink forest?Will it work because i have already caught some pokemon in the island of dreams

well i have befriended many pokemon in dream world without entering the game sync id.So after entering it can i send my pokemon to the entralink or should i just create a new account
