Mine has the ability Rock Head. It knows:

Head Smash: High power, STAB, no recoil with Rock Head.

Waterfall: STAB, used to deal with Ground types.

Rock Polish: Increases Relicanth's Speed.

Double-Edge: High power, no recoil with Rock Head.

He needs an ice attack to cover his huge weakness. what sucks is all his ice attacks are special. so this set is good. makes use of his ability.

• Aqua Tail/Waterfall
• Earthquake
• Zen Headbutt/Double Edge

Head Smash is STAB and backed up by a solid attack stat.
Aqua Tail is my personal preferance, and it does more damage overall but you can use whichever one you want.
Earthquake is pretty much here for Steel types.
Zen Headbutt hits Fighting types like Poliwrath, who pretty much walls the set.
Double Edge is here for neutral coverage, and can be used when you're not sure what will come in because of the pretty good neutral coverage.

Earthquake- Take care of electric and steel types

Zen Headbutt/Bounce/Double Edge/Giga Impact- Zen Headbutt coverage/Bounce Coverage/Double Edge very strong, goes well with ability, neutral coverage/Giga Impact very strong, neutral coverage
