PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

I have 4 games, FireRed, Emerald, Diamond and SoulSilver. I first played through FireRed and Emerald and got a lot of my current powerful Pokemon. When I got Diamond and was able to use Pal Park I transferred all of my good Pokemon to Diamond, including my only shiny. Now, I don't play Diamond as much and was thinking of transferring all of my good Pokemon to SoulSilver through GTS since I only have one DS.

I have two problems. One I can't decide if I want to transfer my Pokemon to SoulSilver or keep all of my strong pokemon on Diamond.
Also, I can't get some of the Pokemon through GTS, there names don't appear. The Pokemon that don't appear are Aggron, Meganium, Vibrava, Swampert, Leafeon and Glaceon. The only Pokemon out of those that I really want is Swampert, it was my starter Pokemon from Emerald and is now level 100. The others I don't want as much.

Can you help me decide whether or not to transfer and also how I can get it so I can get the Pokemon I mentioned?

Thanks in advance!

You can get a Mudkip much later in SS after beating Red. If you don't play Diamond that much, you can trade your team to SS if you want. For Leafeon and Glceon, you can only get them in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Meganium you can get in SS or in Emerald. You can get an Aron and Trapinch (which evolve into Aggron, after Lairon, and Vibrava respectively) in the Safari Zone.

NO SWAMPERT! ITS A DISASTER!! NO AGGRON EITHER!! IM GOING TO BLOW. YOU CANT GET MY 2 FAVS ON GTS! Now to answer your question. I would transfer. In SS, theres still lots to do and as most people on this site use SS/HG, thats what you will probably be battling with on this site. Anyway, Transfer Your Swampert For sure. He can get a much better moveset in HG/SS/D/P/PL.

EDIT: Trachy is right, you can get those pokemon in those games.
