Is there any way to make sure a Pokemon is holding a specific item in GTS?

I have a Magmar with Magmariser and I want to make sure I get a Magmortar in White.

the only way to get a specific item with a pokemon on the gts is to search for the pokemon and hope to find one with the item.
there is no way to ask for an item
but since your looking for a mogmortar (magmar with magmarizer) such a pokemon should be easily available.
or you could always trade with a friend
