Sludge bomb-Good power, STAB, chance to poison

Shadow ball-Cover psychic weakness

energy ball/Leaf storm-energy ball for decent power, leaf storm for all out stregnth, but lowered power (you could use sludge bomb for your standard attack and use this when necessary)

Leech seed/Stun spore/ aromatherapy/Synthesis/spikes-good support moves

EDIT----
If you are lucky enough to come upon another roserad with the correct IVs, you could teach it hidden power [rock.] It's special and covers more weaknesses.

Roserade could REALLY use a Special rock type move!

It rally does need a rock move. too bad it can use ancientpower or something like this.
I would replace Shadow Ball with Sleep Powder and choose Leech Seed as the final move. This is a good combo. However, Sleep Powder is an Egg move. Otherwise, good moveset DT.
True. I only chose shadow ball for the psychic weakness.

Gen. V

Ability: Poison Point

Venoshock STAB + double power if opponent gets poisoned by poison point

Shadow Ball Type coverage against Psychics

Energy Ball Takes advantage of Sp. Attack + STAB

Leech Seed Drains enemy HP each Turn; or Hidden Power(Rock) for type coverage.

Hope this helps...

I would go for:
- Toxic Spikes
- Energy Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Ground-type if possible, otherwise Shadow Ball

Alternate set:
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam (no charging with Sunny Day)
- Weather Ball (Fire-type with Sunny Day in play)
- Sludge Bomb or Shadow Ball just for coverage.

You could also switch Rain Dance into the last slot to get a Water-type weather ball, and reduce damage from Fire types.

If you are going to have Rain Dance, replace Sunny Day and Solarbeam for Rain Dance and Energy Ball.

Hmm. I was thinking something along the lines of this:

Gender: Dosen't Matter
Ability: Poison Point
Nature: Modest (-Atk/+Sp. Atk)
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 128 Spd / 128 Def

Giga Drain - Pretty stong grass-type move, STAB, and it restores HP by a little bit.
Sleep Powder - Better accuracy then most other sleep moves. Sleep is always a good way to stall an Opponent.
Venoshock - Does a lot of damage if the opponent has been poisoned by Poison Point, and STAB.
Shadow Ball - Defence against Psychic-Types.

Here's what I use:

Roserade (F) @ Choice Specs

Trait: Natural Cure

EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

  • Extrasensory
  • Energy Ball
  • Sludge Bomb / Shadow Ball
  • Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Rock]

Extrasensory takes care of Fighting types. With maxed Speed and Timid Nature, Roserade should be able to take them out no problem, especially with Specs.

Energy Ball is for STAB.

Sludge Bomb is for STAB. Go with Shadow Ball if you want coverage against Psychic types.

HP Fire is for steel types, since all of your moves are ineffective against them. I use HP Fire because of common threats such as Ferrothorn, Forretress, and Scizor. HP Rock covers basically all your weaknesses except Psychic.

If something gives you a status, just switch out. Natural Cure will take care of your problem.

Umm, Extrasensory doesn't work super great, considering You already resist Fighting
Roserade doesn't exactly have stunning defenses though. Plus Flinching is a nice bonus that comes up. It's also a nice counter for other poisons types that can block out most of the set.
Forgot that Extrasensory can flinch

If you Phaze, why have Leech Seed, as it expires when the foe switches? That's good :)
Same exact moveset as Trachy's Roselia.
Same moves, yes, but different Abilities, making them have different effectiveness. Besides J98, they're different Pokemon, but using the same moves. Nobody sued me for using a Choice Band on a Hydreigon paired with U-Turn. Also a different Ev spread, and also a different item. Movesets aren't just the moves a Pokemon has, but also the Evs, item, Nature, and Ability. So, it isn't the same exact moveset as trachy's Roselia.

This flower packs a PUNCH!
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Technician/Natural-cure
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defense

Swords-dance
Razor-leaf/Bullet-seed
Poison-jab
Return

Swords-dance brings up that Attack stat. Razor-leaf is for if you go Technician because it is the only Physical Grass Type move it can learn in Gen V that is Technician boosted, Bullet-seed can be taught as a Gen IV TM, STAB. Poison-jab is STAB. Return is pretty much Roserade's only other Physical move. You are going to want to stay away from Steel types but this is a pretty strong flower if used correctly.
