Great because he can learn them all without TMs, and he can get STAB, Rain and calm mind for his hydro pump, for OHKO.

While your set is powerful, hydro pump and blizzard aren't that reliable, and with only 5 PP each, and the fact that most pokemon that face suicune in competitive battling have the ability pressure, it will run out of PP very quickly.

Try this moveset:

Surf: Good power, STAB, double damage against Pokemon using Dive, high accuracy, better PP than Hydro Pump.

Ice Beam: Good power, high accuracy, chance to freeze, used to deal with Grass types, type coverage.

Calm Mind: Boosts it's special stats.

Reflect: Raises Suicune's and its team's defense.

Another option is to replace Reflect with Substitute, which will help you charge up Calm Mind.

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

• Calm Mind
• Rest
• Sleep Talk
• Surf / Scald

Calm Mind will boost your Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. Rest will heal you, and Sleep Talk will either attack your opponent or Set up even more (but there's a 33% chance that you'll try to Rest again :/). Surf is for more power, and use Scald if you want the 30% burn.

It's not a 25% chance, it's a 33% chance because you can't use Sleep Talk again when you're using Sleep Talk leaving only Calm Mind, Rest, and Surf/Scald to be able to be used.

• Reflect-Boosts defense. with its special bulk, this makes a pretty hard kill. Deals with the physical UU titans like Arcanine, Donphan, Staraptor and Nidoking.
• Ice Beam-Deals with grass weakness. Gets powered in hail teams and picks off Staraptor.
• Hidden Power [Grass]-Deals with other water types like Slowbro.

I use specially defensive suicune beacuse scald helps
physical defence with burn.

Good set. I use this myself. The special defense makes perfect sense with correlation with the BURN from Scald.
