Ok, well, I might as well say that I'm trying to make a team to beat my best friend. I have The Pika's Epic Gliscor. Unknown Power 3's Gengar would work without Dark Pulse, so here are my requirements. Also, no EVs.

Mewtwo easily takes down Skarmory.

Most Mewtwos run ChoiceSpecs with either Flamthrower or Thunderbolt. Skarmory's SpDef could not take that.

Not to mention that Skarmory's Attack is not high enough to deal that much damage to Mewtwo in the first place.
