What is the attack multiplier for the ability Technician?

Sorry if it is worded incorrectly… the Pokemon Database description isn't that detailed.

Base Power 60 or less multiplied by 1.5x

The multipler is 1.5.
So Scizor use's Bullet punch at a base power of 40 it will become 60 then 90 after stab.

What would the Base Power of Pursuit be with Technician on Scizor?

60 but its worth using to trap pokemon such as Ruencluss
