50% So if an ice beam would usually do (around) 20Hp instead it will do (around) 10Hp but on the second turn if the Multiscale user is not on full Hp it doesnt work.
hazards can break this.
So you may want recovery moves and leftovers to really abuse Multiscale.

Go on then... If you don't reply and keep flagging stuff I'll just downvote your answer until you prove me wrong.
Sorry I'm on my iPod, please Upvote me to prove it wasn't you who downvoted, then if you proved me wrong remove it when I agree, if you don't vote up I'll assume your the one who downvoted, especially after how you acted when I got one earlier.
? Why not, the only reason you couldn't Upvote is because a downvote is already given....
Thank you for removing, don't do this to anyone in the future
What do you mean it was clearly you you gained 2 points without giving a ba, lost a downvote given from you and I lost my downvote, don't pretend lOl

It halves the damage if the Pokemon has full HP,so,half the damage. As long as the Pokemon that has multiscale has full hp,it will take half the damage. Stealth rock and spikes can take away the effect of having half the damage taken. If you use roost or moonlight or recover, the multiscale effect will half the damage took.
I used this against a raichu that used thunder:10% damage!
