Politoed or Poliwrath?

I have a Poliwhirl, a King's Rock, and a Water Stone. Which should I turn it into?

Politoed if it has it's DW Ability, Drizzle. If not, Poliwrath is the superior option.

thank you the Poliwhirl I have isn't from DW, so I'll probably choose Poliwrath.
