And no the moveset questions are for competitive battling and because there is no major competitive battling for those Gens we do not have movesets for them. However if you mean do we have a list of moves they can learn in those gens then yes for ones that have existed in previous generations there are links below the list of moves to pages with the moves of there respective generations.

Edit: We do have some moveset questions include movesets for Gen III, but not all. The moveset questions can be answered with all generations though, don't make a new moveset question.
