Add a pop-up box that will appear when asking a question

I'm tired of new users asking questions on the wrong section, or making teams that don't have the proper components, or... yeah. Really. I'm sure everyone else is getting tired of this too.

We have to stop this!

What I think we should do, is to make a sort of "pop-up box" that will appear when a user is asking a question, that says "no in-game team questions, no bla bla bla".

The only problem I can see is that some people might not pay attention to that pop-up box

Adding the pop up box wont stop it completely, people will still do it, not all of them will read it when it comes up. They just have to keep being hidden.
