Is my user name appropriate?

Well its Dr.Shavargo Pt.3 its just a song name, nothing inappropriate. I just want to make sure i can use it. I also want to know if it doesnt mean anything bad in any other language

Yeah, it's fine. It doesn't break any rules, and the longest username you can have here is 20 characters. Your is only 16 ;)

Also, if your username was offensive, you wouldn't have that name right now because the site would have picked it up while you were signing up.

Really? Some of Shadow/Abnormal's accounts had curse words in them, how do you know this?

That was quite a long time ago, probably before the curse sensor was implemented.
