DB Server draft ~ ranks and what we need.

Question

What we need:

Scizornician: Ok so I want to add a background image for the DB server but I don't want to do it without PM having a say. So PM if you could answer on what You would like so I can get someone on Deviant art to custom draw it. Then Noir said he would render the image to make it look extra sexy.
If any other people have any suggestions please comment instead of answering and your comments will be taken into consideration. PM please answer with what you want.

Pokemaster will decide. (democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch)

Why is HF a voice again? And the ranks should remain the same as before. I would also like to continue doing stuff on the hit, because PM is on for a couple hours every day.

We had too much rank last time... It was about 5 rank / 6 users
But yeah Hf shouldn't be voice. He won't even be on since this time it's not his PC hosting and stuff.
Also What will happen then the mods get promoted to Leader (They all probably will) Who will be the new mods?

I doubt we'll start promoting now, as we already know that a promotion means that a new person has to take his place in the lower rank that they previously were. That's how we got out of control and had too many ranks, so I would suggest about 3 people per rank (this is negotiatable, just a brief number).

Sounds cool. Perhaps we could have a Scizor theme since the new design will have Scizor in it.
