Quick bug report with the new moderation systems

Question

Hey PM! It seems that comments don't bypass the moderation system in Meta and RMT like they do in the main PokeBase section. I've only noticed this in RMT, but I think since you added moderation systems for Meta and RMT together there's a good chance it happens for Meta as well.

There's also still the bug where people can reshow rejected posts, which is kinda annoying since there's a group of really persistent people constantly re-showing their answers.

Yes I've still been approving comments. Doesn't seem to be fixed.
