No, for the same reason we don't allow threads about rating in-game teams -- they're of little value when virtually anything is workable in-game and any moveset could be argued as being effective for the main story. We have the large "What is a good in-game team for [game]" threads to cover this area as well.
If we were to have such threads, they would be posted by MovesetBot anyway.
