Gligurr ended up banned a few years ago. We revoked his expert title along with the ban, since he does not set a good example for what we want in people with the editing privilege.
Technically he would be able to edit posts even without the expert title, as the editing powers are set to 6,000 points as well as the expert title itself, which we promote manually. But since he’s banned, he can’t do anything.
