May I ask a competitive moveset question for each Contest/Cosplay-Pikachu?

Upon trying to create a moveset question on the Pokemon Q&A, I was of course prompted with the fact that I mustn’t ask moveset questions as there already were some. I, of course, still wanted to try to ask this question (shown above) since all the movesets I saw for Contest Pikachu were for contest sakes only. My plan was to get the Master Ribbon on all my Contest Pikachu, and then use them competitively no matter if the Pikachu sucked or not which is why I questioned for moveset help.

I think Dawn is trying to get answers, not post them. If you asked this question on Pokebase, then you'll probably not get any answers better than what you can come up with by yourself. So I don't see a good reason to allow it.

It is true that I wanted answers, but I’d still like to see what other players think about this. Whether it gets ridiculed or not is up to them, but I have no reason for Pokémon after getting the Master Contest Ribbon on them besides batting purposes. Plus, I’d love to see a moveset in which Pikachu knows Icicle Crash (continent) or Flying Press (also convenient).
