I noticed with one of the moveset questions, that people just voted down on a question, however the person was able to back up their information and provide a reason with why they chose those moves. Perhaps it would be a good idea to require users to comment on something before they can vote down on it. As for questions that blatantly break the rules (ex. "Is it true I can battle Bob Marley after getting 7 Badges?") We could just post a comment saying that it violates the rules and hide it.

Yes, in Pokemon Musical Champion, Bob Marley faces you after getting seven badges. Jimi Hendrix is the E4 Champion. Don Mclean is the fourth E4 member. I can just go on.
The elite 4 is as follows:

Bob marley-flying types

Tupac-Fighting types.

Jimi hindrix-poison types.

Bob Marley-Ghost types.

Champion Michael Jackson-Mixed.
Also, is this about my mushroom guy?
That is what reminded me. But I've thought back on several questions how several people get voted down for no reason. left to ask, "Who voted this down?"

Yeah it's a difficult one. Having to comment might stop people down-voting even more. We have the 1pt loss.

I thought about adding a message "suggesting" to comment but not enforcing it. What do you think about that idea?
