I want to make a UU team, but I don't know what is and what isn't. If there was a list for this stuff, I could make the job much easier. Help!

EDIT: suspect means that that pokemon cannot be used in competitive battling in that teir

yes. look under the useful questions sidebar, there is the official tier list for the pokemondb. this also gives bans, restrictions, and other limits.
