Don't mind me just a little business to take care of. I'm here to:
-Meet Flaafyswampert and battle him and stuff. We briefly met online, and a friend told me the someone with a gamertag of that name was on this site as Flaafyswampert. He was the first guy I met online in months who wasn't a griefer, so I decided to join and meet him. Small world, right?
-Take a swipe at the DB league. I'm having trouble getting used to showdown and making teams, but I'm looking forward to it.
-Checking why my friend was banned. If only because he wouldn't shut up about it and referred me here. Plus he taught me a lot about Pokemon over the last 4 years so I kind of owe him. He apparently got banned because, and I quote: "an argument with some berk over some stupid game". He is getting very vocal about the DB and some people since I mentioned checking it out to him. So, if anyone can help me out by finding out (even if just to shut him up. Please, for ME shut this guy up) I would seriously appreciate it, and would save money on aspirin.
Well, that's points 1 and 3 taken care of. I think i've started the league a little late, though. Damn. I'm still not sure what happened with my friend, though. He is an asshole, but I'm not sure if he's wrong on this one. I'll have to keep looking, I guess. If anyone can remember what user Mechanism L used to act like on here, could you let me know? I'm not entirely sure he deserved it anymore, or what happened to get him banned. It's not a big thing, but he is a friend of sorts, so I would appreciate it.
That aside, glad to be a part of the DB.
