hi there nice team!

Bulbasaur
Okay well I'd much rather you ran a Scarf Snover in this slot. Your team is pretty weak to sand teams, life orb Drilbur can outspeed your entire team with sand rush and KO them with a little residual damage. Snover can obviously change the weather, outspeed, and KO them with Blizzard. Priority ice shard comes in handy when checking frail sweepers like scarf murkrow and dwebble. you probably know the set already, but it's:

Snover @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 104 Atk / 184 SAtk / 200 Spd
Naive Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Ice Shard
- Hidden Power [Rock]

hp fire is usually the primary choice, but i'm positive rock is the better option for this team. Larvesta can deal pretty big damage to all of the members, not much can take two flare blitzes except Munchlax (no recovery) which it can just u-turn out of and come back in later.

Magnemite
nice set. I'd say Volt Switch > Tbolt though, the ability to scout for your opponent's switch in and go to a counter is invaluable. You may think you're wasting your magnet rise, but let's be honest. All of the things you'll levitate on (Hippopotas, Drilbur, Bronzor) you'll be hitting with Flash Cannon or HP Fire, not tbolt / volt switch so it's fine. Other than that it looks good!

Drifloon
Naive isn't needed now you have Snover to revenge drilbur, go Naughty. Also HP Ice is mainly for Murkrow and i guess dragons, all of which Snover handily revenge kills and hits much harder. Either put will-o-wisp there, hp fire for steels, or even substitute to dodge sucker punches from Stunky and friends.

Abra
Life Orb isn't needed to hit stuff harder, I find Focus Sash really helpful on Abra to get one guaranteed extra hit (it's not broken from hazards or weather thanks to magic guard). Now with sash, Sub is pretty pointless. I'd give it Protect to avoid Fake Out from the very very common Mienfoo, then outspeed and kill it with Psychic.

Timburr
Timburr just isn't that great in this meta, stuff like Murkrow and Abra are everywhere, not to mention most things hit it too hard for it to be able to set up. It's really slow and Mach Punch can only get you so far, while failing completely against Sub Gastly and Misdreavus. Let's add one of the most reliable pokemon in the tier, Mienfoo. He can check DD Scraggy and be a kind of catch-all revenge killer with fake out. His great bulk and u-turn make him a good pivot for all kinds of teams and even go volt turning with Magnemite if you're into that kind of thing ;)

Mienfoo @ Eviolite
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 156 Atk / 196 Def / 36 SDef / 76 Spd
Impish Nature
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- U-Turn

drain punch and regen keep him healthy. knock off is a pain in the ass for Missy, without her Eviolite she is significantly less bulky and easier to deal with.

Munchlax
Munchlax is pretty cool, however again he's not too good atm. All of the fighting types set up on him or kill him, and he just doesn't hit hard enough to threaten most walls. I see you're looking for that fire + ice resistance so we'll keep that. plus spin support would be really helpful for your team with Snover and Drifloon, one less weakness to Fighting means Scraggy doesn't screw you over, Staryu is perfect for your team!!

Staryu @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 36 HP / 200 SAtk / 240 Spd
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Recover

hands down best spinner in LC. Hydro Pump and Tbolt means basically nothing spinblocks her, everything bar Frillish is nailed by hpump and that dies to thunderbolt. Recover keeps her healthy, the EVs are for max spd + spatk. a fantastic addition to your team ;)

first rate over, hope i helped you a little bit.
