Well, now that I've thought of my type, I'm going to start. I started with a Steel and Fire pokemon. Heatran level X. Then I added another fire type. The Charmander and it's evolutions. The steel family is the magnemite family. In Black Kyurem EX Battle Strength, there awesome, so why wouldn't they be good here? Ok, be very honest with me, here are all the cards.

Okay, we need to take out Heatran Lv X. Not only is it from a series that can't be used in standard play anymore but Lv X cards also need the standard form of the Pokemon in order to be played. Right now it is just taking up space in your deck. We also need to take out the Magnezone family. This is because they are of the Electric type and right now are doing nothing since they can't even attack. We'll take out the Granbull family since they aren't allowed in standard play. And we'll take out the Bisharp and CIncinno lines that you have because those two suck. Then we'll take out Durant and Heatmor, which are pretty bad basics.

Now, looking through the sets Black&White to Boundaries crossed, I see some Pokemon that would probably help out the deck.

Durant: A solid basic, able to get a card from the discard pile on top of your deck. It also has an infinite damage attack.
Entei Ex: As a general rule I have one or two EX cards in my deck. Entei EX gets back energy while doing 90 damage, so that ends up being of help to your deck.
Cobalion: Just a plain awesome basic, what with that stopping the foe from attacking it has going on.
Darmanitan: Charizard needs a lot of Energy. Darmanitan can hit hard while we wait for Charizard to charge.

I suggest taking out a Charmander. Then adding in three Darumaka, two Darmanitan, two Durant, two Entei, and four Cobalion.

Your Energy I would suggest being at 11 Fire and 5 Steel. You can easily make do with only 16 Energy, especially with support from Trainers, Durant, Charmander, and Entei.

Now we have 25 spaces left for Trainers.

Let's replace the Great Balls, they aren't the best searching card. We'll add two more Pokemon COmmunications. Then we'll take out the Hughs. These take a more specialized deck to make better use of. For drawing, we'll just run another Cheren and three Junipers. I highly suggest adding four of the best non Ace Spec Trainers in the game. Pokemon Catcher of course. I also suggest running some Super Rods (four should be good) to get back lost Pokemon and Energy. With that I would add two to the deck, for some more drawing. We'll add four Cilan in order to help us get Energy. Two Skyla would be good to help us get Trainers. And always include the one Ace Spec you are allowed in your deck. Gold Potion fits in almost every deck, and this one is not one of the exceptions.

Final deck:

Pokemon: 19

x3 Charmander
x2 Charmeleon
x1 Charizard
x3 Darumaka
x2 Darmanitan
x4 Cobalion
x2 Durant
x2 Entei Ex

Trainers: 25

x4 Pokemon Communication
x4 Pokemon Catcher
x4 Super Rod
x4 Cilan
x3 Cheren
x3 Professor Juniper
x2 Skyla
x1 Gold Potion

Energy: 16

x11 Fire
x5 Steel
