Well I made this team a few months ago with Ben and since I've been away from battling for a while I decided this would be the best team for me to post as my comeback post. Anyways heres a LC Rain Team that we came up with and its a pretty good one.

Voltorb
Voltorb @ Damp Rock
Ability: Static
EVs: 36 HP / 36 Def / 236 SpA / 200 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Taunt

The main rain setter of the team. The Damp Rock increases the number of turns the rain will stay allowing Voltorb to either switch or take advantage of the pouring water and strike his foes with a STAB Thunder and boosted Hidden Power Water. Rain Dance is obvious no need to explain. Being fast Voltorb can set up the rain pretty easily but it also gives him a chance to Taunt the opposing lead pokemon.

Wingull
Wingull @ Life Orb
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 36 HP / 236 SpA / 236 Spe
Modest Nature
- Rain Dance
- Hurricane
- Scald
- Hidden Power [Ground]

The main purpose for this guy is for backup rain in case Voltorb faints. It's also nice to hit people with a Life Orb Modest STAB Hurricane and Scald. Hidden Power is coverage against Rock types but we will mostly be switching out from them.

Croagunk
Croagunk @ Eviolite
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 212 HP / 28 Atk / 36 Def / 108 SpA / 116 SpD
Quiet Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Shadow Ball
- Vacuum Wave

Crogunk is the first main abuser of the rain, being a defensive wall on our team. Drain Punch gives us back even more HP combined with Dry Skin. Knock off allows us to cripple pokemon. Shadow Ball is coverage while Vacuum Wave is priority.

Buizel
Buizel @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 Def / 36 SpD / 156 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break

The main sweeper of the team, with Swift Swim making him about as fast as a scarfer without a scarf. Bulk Up does what it says. Ice Punch and Brick Break are coverage against anything that Waterfall doesn't already destroy.

Ferroseed
Ferroseed @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 188 Def / 148 SpD / 36 Atk / 84 HP
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Leech Seed
- Seed Bomb

The second defensive pokemon designed to cripple anything with Thunder Wave and Leech Seed. Stealth Rocks are needed while Seed Bomb is STAB and prevents us from being Taunt bait.

Growlithe
Growlithe @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 76 HP / 196 Atk / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Wild Charge
- Toxic

Our scarfer and a powerful one at that as long as the rain isn't up -- which is almost all the time if this guy is in. Even with the rain, a STAB Flare Blitz hits hard enough to do its job. Close Combat and Wild Charge are coverage. Toxic is used to trick people into thinking we aren't scarfed and it's perfect for killing off other scarfers who we outspeed and they have no idea what will hit them.

By the way I build this team with SentByRavens a.k.a Ben, ill put it up there too I just wanted to put it here in case I forget it up there
Just to let you know Ferroseed is in RU :P
It can be used in LC too (/.-)
It can? Didn't think it would work the opposite way. My bad
If it can't then Showdown is screwed up xP
Thanks for a clean up star
Wait what. You can also use Snover in LC? inb4 Arceus in LC...
