This is my first RMT and my first OU team. This probably has a lot of flaws, so please be critical.

Sucka (Breloom) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Swords Dance
- Spore

First off, Sucka is just your average Breloom. With help from Sumwun, Breloom is a fast physical sweeper with a life orb. The life orb damage is cancelled out by drain punch and I also use it to regain health while dealing a good amount of damage. Bullet Seed wasn't originally on here, but it's STAB and it gets a Technician boost, making the base power for each hit 56.25! Swords Dance can boost Bullet Seed's already insane power and let Drain Punch regain a bit more HP. Spore puts enemies to sleep leaving them powerless. It's on most Breloom sets and is useful at the best of times,

I'm a Man! (Gardevoir) (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Trace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt

I had originally planned for this to be a Mega Gardevoir with Return but my Mega Metagross was more powerful so I changed it into a Bulky Choice Specs user and replaced Return with Thunderbolt. Calm Mind boosts it's bulk while also boosting Moonblast and Psyshock but can only be used if Gardevoir's Specs are knocked off. Moonblast is STAB and is on virtually every offensive Gardevoir set. I chose Psyshock over Psychic so I could target Pokes with high special Defense and still use my high special stat.

I'm a Muppet (Chansey) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Soft-Boiled
- Counter
- Toxic
- Heal Bell

Not much to say here except that this is your everyday Chansey. Soft-Boiled regains health, Counter is a last resort attack and Toxic slowly kills the opponent. Heal Bell will heal the team as well as Chansey, making a good wall. Thanks to Sumwun again.

Lando (Landorus-Therian) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 SpA
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Earth Power
- Superpower
- U-turn

Lando is a Bulky Sweeper, with a Choice Scarf to back it up. Earthquake and Earth Power are for STAB, Superpower is a good damaging and U-Turn can retreat from Checks and Counters.

Uber (Metagross-Mega) @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body (Tough Claws)
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 5 Def / 251 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Pursuit

Now we're on to the Mega. Meteor Mash is a good physical steel type move which Sobi recommended over Iron Head and Bullet Punch provides priority. Zen Headbutt is boosted by Tough Claws and Pursuit can get any Pokes that try to switch out.

Hoopa-U (Hoopa-Unbound) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpA
Mild Nature
- Bulk Up
- Hyperspace Fury
- Psychic
- Drain Punch

I changed Choice Scarf to Life Orb for that little extra damage, I also had a few problems with Choice Scarf earlier. Dark Pulse was changed to Bulk Up to go with the Life Orb. Hyperspace Fury is Hoopa's Signature Move but I might replace it with Dark Pulse. Psychic is a good STAB and Drain Punch is to, yet again, recover.

This is my team and I hope you think it's good. Tell me things I could improve please, as I know this isn't perfect. Thank You for reading this.

Breloom: Its special attack isn't good, so it would be better to use it as a pure physical attacker and leave the coverage to the rest of your team. Give it an adamant nature and max its physical attack and speed. Replace hidden power with bullet seed for a STAB that takes advantage of technician. Since poisoned Pokemon can't be put to sleep, and vice versa, replace toxic with swords dance. Take advantage of the extra sleep time.

Chansey: It has the worst physical attack of all Pokemon in the game, so why would you have it depend on drain punch? Replace that with softboiled. Calm mind doesn't help much, so replace it with toxic, a move that quickly defeats the foe regardless of attack stats.

Landorus: Its attacks would be much more powerful if you fully invested in physical attack. Max physical attack and speed, replace naughty with jolly, and replace earth power with earthquake.

Metagross: Zen headbutt is boosted by tough claws, and allows you to focus on one attack stat. Max its physical attack and speed and replace naive with jolly. Replace psychic with zen headbutt.

Thank you so much! I credited you and I didn't realise the power of Bullet Seed and that Zen Headbutt was boosted by tough claws.
No, bullet seed is not a contact move.
I meant that I didn't realise the power of Bullet Seed AND I didn't know that Zen Headbutt was boosted by Tough Claws. I didn't mean both.

I think sumwun covered most of what I was going to say, but I have a few suggestions.

  • Seismic Toss > Counter on Chansey. Why? Counter makes Chansey go last first of all (it could be up against a slower foe), and what if the opponent uses a special move? They then know your plan, and it's just a waste really.
  • Meteor Mash > Iron Head. The reason for this is because it has a chance to increase Metagross's Attack stat, and this can OHKO Fairies and Ice-types.
  • Choice Scarf > Assault Vest on Hoopa. There are a lot of physical attackers in OU, and Hoopa needs to outspeed them. Hoopa has a very high Attack stat, and can easily take them out. Giving Hoopa Assault Vest may make it bulkier, but this gives the opponent chance to set up, and then sweep your team. Also, Choice Scarf outspeeds Staraptor, Victini, etc, so give it a go!

Other than that, good job!

Counter has OHKO'd an entire team once, but I'll use the rest of your advice. Also, Chansey isn't physical and isn't meant to attack.
I know, but Seismic Toss always deals the same damage.
Also, Toxic + Seismic Toss is a good way to slowly take down the opponents health.
Maybe... I'll think about it but the team has gotten 5-6 in a best out of 11. And Chansey swept a Hydreigon and a Breloom.
Chansey should be able to tank all special attacks, so you can just wear them down with toxic and spam softboiled. (or my favorite, PP stalling)

I think your team need some anti setup pokemons. Your hoopa can be easily walled out by a good mix/physical tank like mega sableye, suicune and skarmory . Same problem with your other sweepers, not prepared for super tanks. I suggest you put some anti setup pokemon like skarmory with whirlwind. Maybe even throwing some mix tanks in your team. I personally suggest rest-talk crocune.

What's Crocune? Is it Suicune?
Yes, its Calm Mind + Rest Suicune, or something like that.
Rest + Sleep Talk + Calm Mind + Scald.

Not much to add but running Focus Sash Breloom with Mach Punch instead of Drain Punch is better in my opinion. Your whole team can do a lot of sweeping so you can use this set to do a lot of damage around the board to help your sweepers sweep or have it sweep after your other pokemon do damage. Choice Scarf Lando with Life Orb Hoopa gives your team much more potential. Having Dark Pulse as well as Hyperspace Fury doesn't serve a purpose on a scarf Hoopa. Scarf Lando can do as much as Hoopa and LO Hoopa can serve as a very effective wallbreaker without the Choice Scarf to limit her insane damage. I see that you have a Gardevoir with Calm Mind that also has Choice Specs. Using Calm Mind with Choice Specs doesn't accomplish anything, and I suggest some other item that isn't a Choice- item to give your team more flexibility.
88 Atk/168 Sp.Atk/252 Spe is a great EV spread for Hoopa. I feel that going
Hyperspace Fury/Psychic/Gunk Shot/Focus Blast will give you maximum wallbreaking potential. The amount of coverage this has is great.
Since I recommended Mach Punch for Breloom to destroy Bisharp and Weavile, and Focus Blast for Hoopa, Superpower is powerless on Scarf Lando. Going Knock Off/U-Turn/E-quake/Stone Edge will offer you a lot of choices. Going 4 Sp.Atk EVs on Lando is worthless and 4 Def or Sp.Def EVs is recommended. I like your Metagross with the exception of 251 Spe EVs. The EVs go by 4, so 251 and 5 EVs aren't acceptable. Going max speed EVs and Atk EVs allows you to outspeed Keldeo, where you can 1 shot him with Zen Headbutt, and speed tie with Latios/as and kill them with Pursuit-preventing unneeded damage from Draco Meteor or the uprising HP Fire. Just having 1 wall is risky, so since you're already using Gardevoir as a bulky sweeper, having it as 252 Spe/252 Sp.Atk/4 Sp.Def with Assault Vest will give you another option. Run HP Fire as last move instead of CM if you are running Assault Vest.
