Well, I’m going to try and answer it to the best of my ability:

This Garchomp is going to need improving!
The EVs were pretty spread out, and I think it’ll be better if we up the Atk and Spd. Calm nature was pretty off, considering it takes AWAY the Atk stat. Garchomp can’t learn Aqua Tail, so that would be hard to get one with one. But over-all, it was okay.

Garchomp@ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Nature: Naughty (+Atk, -SDef)

Earthquake- STAB
Flamethrower- Coverage for the Ice-type x4 weakness
Dragon Claw- STAB and coverage over its Dragon-type weakness
Thrash- Use only when you have to, if confuses you at the end.

Not bad, but I believe it can be improved. Not the best stats possible, but what are ya gonna do?

Charizard@ Leftovers
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Nature: Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)

Sunny Day- Helps with Solar Beam and Flare Blitz
Solar Beam- Coverage for x4 Rock-type weakness, as well for its Water-type weakness
Aerial Ace- STAB
Flare Blitz- STAB and recoil is taken care of with Leftovers

I’m not the biggest fan of Samurott for competitive play, so I suggest:

Kingdra@ Water Gem
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 169 SAtk / 169 SDef / 169 Spd / 1 HP
Nature: Timid (+Spd, -Atk)

Ice Beam- Coverage over Dragon-types
Dragon Pulse- STAB and also coverage over Dragon-types
Water Pulse- STAB and a chance to confuse your opponent
Rain Dance- With Swift Swim, it makes Kingdra faster

Rotom’s stats and what-not aren’t very good. I suggest:

Luxray@ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Nature: Lonely (+Atk, -Def)

Facade- Super-powerful move once Flame Orb activates and Guts gives it a boost
Ice Fang- Coverage over ground-types
Thunderbolt/Thunder-STAB. Thunder only if you send it out while it’s still raining from Kingdra’s Rain Dance, but if it’s not raining, Thunderbolt
Superpower- Back-up. Great move

Funny, I was looking at Haxorus earlier today. I think I’ll use Smogon’s moveset and what-not because it was a good moveset. Great pokemon, good choice:

Haxorus@ Choice Band
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)

Outrage- STAB and has the potential to KO 2 PKMN in a row.
Earthquake- Plain awesome move. You gotta admit that.
Brick Break: Coverage over Ice-types, and has come in handy more times then once.
Dragon Claw- STAB if you don’t want to become confused.

Sceptile’s good, but a Torterra is the super-star.

Torterra@ Leftovers
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)

Superpower- Coverage against x4 Ice-type weakness.
Seed Bomb- STAB
Stone Edge- Coverage against Fire, Flying, and Bug-type weakness,
Earthquake- STAB + awesome move

So yeah, this is the first time I’m going to try and answer a RMT question, so I hope this helps!

Garchomp is Uber though.
Thanks Hex. I missed that. Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to staying in the OU tier, just great pokemon, IMO.
