So I've been going through a bunch of different teams and making many considerations, and this is my COMPETITIVE shiny team for Gen 8 Anything goes

This team has the same problem as your previous one. Have you played with your teams on the AG ladder? You should notice pretty quickly that Pokemon like Gigalith and Noivern are extremely mismatched with the legendaries that are allowed in that format. Next time you make a team, pick the battle format you're going to play first, and try to make a team that responds to the most popular strategies. At an objective level, this is an awful AG team simply because it does not account for the meta. If you want to use these Pokemon, pick a format where they are viable.
Also, Pursuit doesn't exist in Sw/Sh. Are you sure you're not playing Gen 7 AG? (Similar issues apply in that case, too: https://www.smogon.com/stats/2020-05/gen7anythinggoes-1760.txt)
