Effect
When a Pokémon with Rough Skin is hit by a move that makes contact, the attacker receives damage equal to 1⁄8 of their maximum HP.
Multi-hit moves (e.g. DoubleSlap) activate Rough Skin for each strike.
Changes
In Generation 3, the damage from Rough Skin is 1⁄16 of the maximum HP.
