Effects

Hi Jump Kick deals high damage, however, if it misses the user crashes and loses half of its maximum HP. Hi Jump Kick cannot be used if Gravity is in effect.

Prior to Black/White, if Hi Jump Kick missed, the user would lose half of the damage it would have inflicted. It also had 20 PP.

In Generations I-III its base power was 85; in Generation IV (Diamond/Pearl onwards) this was increased to 100, then to 130 in Black/White.
