Question

Okay,this Pokemon is up there with Luvdisc and Delibird for Pokemon that are horrible and worse than plenty of NFE Pokemon. Mine thankfully has the ability Cute Charm (Normalize, I hate it along with Hustle, Slow Start, and Truant.) My Delcatty knows:

Baton Pass: Because Delcatty is so horrible, the only thing it is going to be doing is helping set up a teamate (and maybe using Thunder Wave.)
Thunder Wave: Paralyzes the foe, and you need a way to set up for Baton Pass.
Calm Mind: Something to Baton Pass.
Substitute: Another thing to Baton Pass. Some of you might want to put an attacking move on Delcatty to stop Taunt from killing you. I just have to say that Taunt would kill you even with an attacking move. Delcatty vs. Caterpie is one of the only fights Delcatty could be able to win, and even then, Delcatty would be in the red for health.

I hate this pokemon more than any other. Some other useful moves are:

double team-even more Baton passing fun.

Safeguard-good if you want your team to have status protection.

Heal bell-to clear out any status you may have.

wish-Baton passable, with its speed, it'll probably go second, meaning your pokemon can safely get the health.

Fake tears-good if you have a special sweeper ready

All of these moves can be used by much better pokemon though. :/

Ugh, Delcatty...
A defensive Persian. And Persian is pretty horrible now.

Defense, Speed, and very few supportive moves to make up for crappy offense. Nothing about this Pokemon is complimented.

:| --- Normalize gives you STAB on all of your moves, so that makes them more bearable.
Iron Tail has a good hefty 100 base power, and lower accuracy, with a Change to lower defense, type coverage doesn't really matter, he doesn't have any.
Zen Headbutt Has less than perfect accuracy, but has a standard base power, and a decent flinch rate. Sucker Punch is priority, like Extreme Speed that only works when your opponent attacks for Delcatty here. And Dig can hopefully be used in some strategetic manner.

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

Calm Mind boosts SpA and SpD which should hopefully make it take special hits somewhat decent and to decent damage back.
Ice Beam and Thunderbolt have good coverage and hits most things at least neutral, hopefully super effective.
Baton Pass lets Delcatty escape and bass its boost to a teammate which can be helpful.
Wish is healing and can be used to heal teammates as well.
However, if you use Wish, a spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe is better to heal its teammates more.
