You can't catch a Pikachu in Black 2. You must PokeTransfer one from the Gen 4 games.

Sorry, but you have to catch on in Generation IV (DPPT: Trophy Garden, HGSS: Vidian Forest), Poke-Transfer to Black/White, then trade to BW2.

Sorry to say this, but you can't find a Pikachu in Black 2. You have to use Poketransfer.
