So, I've asked before about these, but I've found that I can use them after the EVs have reached zero...unless I've been keeping track wrong...
What I'm asking is, has anyone who's done ev training encountered a time where you could keep using an ev reducing berry after the ev in that stat has reached 0?

No once you hit Zero Evs the berries will no longer work.

They won't work anymore once you hit 0.
