Adamant Nature

You're supposed to answer not ask another question on a question :P
Let me guess, is it deoxys?
Probably not... It has hyperbeam which is legit
I'd go with rotom
NOPE. Its the Deoxys-D.
Deoxys is the hacked one as it knows draco meteor which is only dragon's type move
normal arcus can learn draco meteor...
btw, I was just kidding
Show me a legit Deoxys with Wonder Guard -_-
Dude, I said I was just kidding... Of course rotom is the hacked one since no one uses jolly rotom with oran berry

One way to tell is to look at your Pokemons Pokeball. Usually Hacked Pokemon have Masterballs because they are the default Pokeball.
Also some of the moves are not legal any way. This apllies for the abilities as well.

There are certain traits a hacked Pokemon has and the game tends to catch them. But unless you are really good at spotting things out there is no way to tell.
