Likely Tier: Underused
Definitely at least OU with a 580 base stat.
I say Underused because even those base stats are not good enough to do much in my opinion.

Decent Pokemon, stats are all in the right place.

Ability: Heart of Justice

EVs: Attack, HP, Speed Nature: Adament

Close Combat: Powerful move. Switching in and out means you don't have to worry about the defense drop. Not much damaged by Stealth Rock.

Stone Edge: STAB power. Great move as always. Still the best Rock type attack.

X-Scissor: A good move to have around to deal with Psychics and Grass types.

Aerial Ace: Deals with other Fighting types and also Grass types.

Simple physical sweeper:

EVs in Speed and Attack.

  • Swords Dance (yep)
  • Sacred Sword (Close Combat is more powerful but bypassing opponent's stat changes is nice)
  • Stone Edge (or maybe Earthquake for reliability)
  • X-Scissor (covers major weaknesses)

Ok, Id Say:
EVs: ATK, SD, and HP
Adamant Nature
Moveset:
Stone Edge: Good Move:)
Swords Dance: Yep, Ownage Time.
Close Combat/Sacred Sword: Sacred Sword Because it ignores stAT changes or Close Combat for more power.
Poison Jab/X-Scizzor/Aerial Ace: Coverage, Backup, Ur Choice.

Double Battle Moveset

                                          Terrakion

                                        Jolly Nature
                                      Item: Stone Plate
                                 EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP

                                            Moves

                                         Sacred Sword
                                         Swords Dance
                                            Taunt
                                          Rock Slide

Sacred Sword minuses the stat changes in the pokemon (awesome), and doesn't lower your defenses, unlike close combat. Swords Dance is just awesome with Rock Slide. Taunt is really good when you're against amoonguss with rage powder (in which i am against often). And finally, the best move in the bunch, Rock Slide. When you're in a double battle, it hits both pokemon and is great with Swords Dance.

Terakion @ Focus Sash
Trait: Justice Heart
EVs: 252 Atk / 48 SAtk / 208 Spd
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Close Combat
- Rock Polish
- Stone Edge
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Standard Terrakion, except it devestates Sand better than most (based on calcs, damn PO). Rock Polish and you become faster than Excadrill. Close Combat takes down T-Tar and Excadrill easily, as well as those Steel types you'll find. Stone Edge is STAB of course. And HP Ice takes down Gliscor and Landorus. I mean, Stone Edge and CLose COmbat take down everything else well enough. Do make sure to use with a Rapid Spinner, Forretress or Starmie.

Terrakion
@Choice Scarf
252atk 252speed 4hp
Adamant/Jolly

-Close Combat
-X-Scizzor
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

I am amazed that no one is yet to post a choice scarf set, it is one of the most used Terrakion set at the moement and is just as deadly as the Choice band set.
Choice band gives him well over 400 speed allowing it to outrun all non scarfed meaning if pokemon such as Dragonite who havent boosted.
It still has great attack and a close combat from any terrakion hurts, but the def drop is no worry as it wont be in long because of choice.
